Sony Xperia Miro

Sony Xperia Miro baru saja diumumkan pada awal Juni ini. Selain Miro, Sony juga mengumumkan akan segera merilis Sony Xperia Tipo. Kedua smartphone ini sebentar lagi, kami perkirakan pada Agustus atau September, akan ikut meramaikan jajaran line-up Android milik Sony di pasar global. Pengumuman mengenai kehadiran produk terbarunya ini dilakukan melalui akun Facebook milik Sony. Di dalam pengumuman tersebut sedikit dijelaskan bahwa Sony Xperia Miro ini akan memiliki integrasi langsung dengan jejaring sosial Facebook. Sony Xperia Miro dikatakan juga oleh Sony bahwa smartphone ini akan memiliki desain yang mirip dengan Sony Xperia Sola. Samrtphone Android ini berukuran 113 x 59.4 x 9.9 mm dan berat 110 g. Dengan ketebalan kurang dari 1 cm sepertinya samrtphone ini cukup tipis. Layar yang diusung berukuran 3.5 inch berjenis LED-backlit LCD capacitive touchscreen. Layar tersebut menghasilkan resolusi 320 x 480 pixels dan pixel density 165 ppi. Cukup baik meski pixel density-nya tidak terlalu tinggi.

Sebagai penunjang peforma utama, Sony Xperia Miro didukung oleh processor berkecepatan 800 Mhz dari Qualcomm. Kemudian ditambah dukungan GPU Adreno 200 untuk peforma grafisnya. Untuk memori, smartphone ini memiliki memori RAM berkapasitas 512 MB. Kemudian untuk memori penyimpanan internal, tersedia hingga kapasitas 4 GB (2.2 GB efektif). Jika dilihat dari spek tersebut menurut kami smartphone ini masih tergolong pada tingkat menengah ke bawah. Namun meskipun begitu, smartphone ini sudah mengusung Android Ice Cream Sandwich sebagai operating system-nya.

Sony Xperia Miro dibekali dengan dua buah kamera, depan dan belakang. Kamera belakang sebagai kamera utama memiliki resolusi 5 MP da sudah dilengkapi dengan autofokus serta LED Flash. Terdapat pula dukunga fitur-fitur seperti Geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection, dan 3D sweep panorama. Kemudian untuk kamera kedua terletak dibagian muka. Kamera ini memiliki resolusi VGA saja.
